Here you’ll find my go-to books, health & fitness resources, and courses. These are products and materials that I rely on, or have fueled and catapulted my personal, professional and spiritual growth over the past 15+ years!
Friends, I always want to be transparent with you – that includes letting you know when I’m recommending and linking to something that I receive compensation for if you buy it. My healing journey has been fraught with trial and error, years of education, and dedication to healing. I didn’t create this blog to sell stuff and I would NEVER recommend anything unless I’ve personally used it and would recommend it to my closest friend. If you choose to purchase something I link to from this site, I may receive compensation from Amazon or the seller. It’s a little something that helps me keep this site running, at no additional cost to you! You can check my formal Affiliate disclosure here.

Top Ten Life Changing Books
Ok, I was really trying to keep this list to just 5, but I failed. Considering that I order a new book on Amazon weekly, narrowing down my favorites was not easy.
These are the books that had the biggest impact on my life. I’ve read them cover to cover multiple times. They are earmarked, underlined, highlighted, and full of juicy wisdom.

The best book on the Law of Attraction in my opinion. I pretty much highlighted every sentence, that’s how good it is.

The War of Art
I had so many Ah-ha moments when reading this book. If you are in the creative field, or are an entrepreneur, this should be required reading. I keep it on my desk and read a passage daily at the beginning of my workday.

Becoming Supernatural
The only health book I’ll ever recommend. I use the term “health” broadly here as this book is so much more than a guideline for healing the body. Dr. Dispenza takes it beyond the physical in a truly mystical and revolutionary way.

Eat Pray Love
What’s not to love about this book? Travel, self growth, spiritual transformation, romance. It’s everything.

Big Magic: Creative Living Beyond Fear
Another one by Elizabeth Gilbert you say? Yes indeed. If you are in the creative field this book is brilliant.

There is a Spiritual Solution to Every Problem
This book has a special place in my heart, as it was the first spiritual/self growth book I ever purchased. Everything by Wayne Dyer is wonderful, but this will always be my favorite of his.

Think and Grow Rich
Napoleon Hill got this stuff before anyone else did. And his book is a classic and brilliant reflection on how to create your own reality.

Dying to Be Me
If you want to believe in miracles, buy this book. Anita’s story of her near death experience and unbelievable recovery, will have you believing that anything is possible.

The Law of Divine Compensation
Hands down this book changed the way I view money. Say goodbye to your money story for good.

The Five Love Languages
I was late to get on the love language train. I thought it would be corny. It’s not. Read it, practice it, and it will transform your relationship.

Health Products I Use Every Day
Now as a Health Practitioner and co founder of a supplement company, I have no shortage of health products in my home. In fact we have an entire floor to ceiling wall unit full of supplements! But of course I don’t take all of that everyday. In fact my daily health regimen is pretty simple. Here are my daily go to’s.
Important Dislcaimer: I am NOT an MD and this is not intended to give medical advice or to identify, treat or diagnose any illness. You should check with your doctor before starting new supplements, particularly if you have a known medical condition or are currently taking any prescriptions.
Complete Biotic
Disclaimer, this product is my baby. So when I say that it is the best supplement that you can put in your body, I might be a little biased. But for real, this is the best thing you can take for your gut, brain, and immune health.
Trace Minerals
You should never, ever, EVER drink water without minerals. In the process of trying to eliminate toxins, most filtered water strips out all the minerals. It’s the minerals that hydrates your cells, without it you are drinking dead water. Add a few drops of this to every glass of water.
Electrolytes
Electrolytes are like a mega boost of minerals to your body, and can solve so many issues. Take them anytime you exercise, have a headache, feel tired, have sore or crampy muscles, or achy joints.
Magnesium
You aren’t getting enough Magnesium in your diet. Even if you eat super healthy. The average organic apple today has 80% less magnesium than it did in 1920. That’s because our soil sucks. Magnesium is super important to multiple functions in your body, including your heart. So it’s kind of a big deal.
Vitamin D
I’ve probably run over 100 labs in the past few years, and not one of my patients has come back with descent Vitamin D Levels. Even my sun worshiper clients tested low. It’s an epidemic.
Healus Naked Cocoa Protein Powder
Again probably a little biased here when I say that we have the best tasting Vegan protein powder out there, but we do. Plus it’s legit the cleanest you’ll find. We use organic hemp as our protein source from Canada, and no preservatives or additives. Every ingredient is organic and sustainably sourced. I’m partial the Cocoa flavor myself, but we have Vanilla as well. I couldn’t go a day without my smoothie.
Glutathione Suppositories
Suppositories??? Yes, hear me out. Glutathione is the master antioxidant of the body. And the only way to get it into your system is by IV, Injection, or Suppository. When you compare the alternatives, suppository is definitely the most convenient and economical delivery system. Getting Glutathione in daily will take your health to the next level, not to mention all the anti-aging benefits.
Black Seed Oil
I read somewhere that if you take a dose of Black Seed Oil daily you’ll live to be 100. Not sure if it is true or not, but I’m game to find out. What I do know is that it has been an herbal staple in various healing modalities since the beginning of time. That’s saying something.
Vitamix Blender
Not even going to compare or debate blenders here. Vitamix is the best. An investment, but worth every penny.

Fitness
I love having variety in my workouts. On any day of the week you can find me at the gym lifting weights, in spin class, out on a run, or often you’ll find me sweating it out at home. When it comes to fitness I believe the more options the better. On days that I wake up and don’t feel like leaving the house, these are my go to at home workouts.
Sweatflix
This is not your average home exercise program. As a fitness fanatic I want a workout to kick my ass. I can honestly say that these are the most challenging and enjoyable classes I’ve ever come across. There are unlimited workouts to choose from in every style you can think of, and new ones are uploaded daily. The best part is that the instructor is actually doing the workout with you in real time. No fancy studio, no editing, it’s raw and real. So while you’re cursing your way through another burpee covered in sweat, they are right there with you doing the same.
YogaGlo
While I do love going to yoga classes in my town, I also feel like yoga can be a really personal and private experience. At yogaglo you’ll find every type of yoga class you could want. A huge variety of styles, times, and instructors. They even have meditations that you can follow. My personal favorite is Kundalini with Kia Miller. Kundalini is a challenging form of yoga that involves a lot of crazy arm movements, funky breath work, and emotional breakthroughs. Which, I honestly feel way more comfortable doing at home in private, than in a group setting.

Online Programs and Courses
There is certainly no shortage of courses and programs out there. And throughout the years I’ve taken some really great ones, and I’ve wasted money on a lot of bad ones. Here are a few of my favorites that I got tons of value out of and constantly go back to revisit.
Gabby Bernstein’s Miracle Membership
I’ve joined a lot of monthly membership programs throughout the years, but this is the only one I’ve stuck with. In Gabby’s Miracle membership you get a new podcast, meditation, affirmation, and an oldie but goodie lecture. Plus there is a private facebook where you can connect with like minded individuals, and additional special content added throughout the year. If you want to keep your vibration high and stay inspired, this is a fun and cost effective way to do it.
Gabby Bernstein Spirit Junkie Masterclass
Obviously I’m a Gabby fan here. If you are into spirituality, self growth, and are wanting to start a business or side hustle, this is a great course to take. I got a tremendous amount of value from this course and revisit this work all the time. What I especially love about this class is that additional content and resources are constantly being uploaded. Keep this one on your radar, because enrollment takes place once a year in June.
Tony Robbins Ultimate Edge
Tony Robbins courses and programs are timeless and worth every single penny. He’s been doing this for so long that his original programs were on cassette tapes. Fortunately he has upgraded his most popular course, the Ultimate Edge, is now in digital format. If you want to get your mind right, and need a positive kick in the ass, this program will do it.
Masterclass
Masterclass is the newest membership I’ve joined and I’m loving it. If you want to learn a new skill, such as cooking, let Gordon Ramsay teach you. If you are in the creative arts at all you can learn screenwriting from Shonda Rhimes, or directing from David Lynch. Brush up on your writing skills with Malcolm Gladwell. You can even learn to sing with Christina Aguilera. I love studying new skills and this really keeps the creative side of me fulfilled. Think of it as continuing education for all the things you wish you got to study in school.
Matthew Hussey’s Get The Guy
I credit the success of my current relationship to Matthew Hussey. The author of Get The Guy, Matthew Hussey has several different courses on relationships. And while the title of “Get the Guy” and “Keep the Guy” may seem corny or desperate, the content is genuine and extremely helpful. He dives deep into the psychology of men and women, and gives strategies with a self growth basis. His concepts work, and make your relationship better, but also just make you a better person.
